By Jo Trachy
Central East Accommodation & Care Alliance Inc (CEACA) welcomes Paige McNeil as our newly appointed Chief Executive Officer.
Paige brings more than 25 years of strategic leadership and governance expertise to her new role with us. Her professional credibility and commitment to driving meaningful community impact will help position CEACA at the forefront of community housing in regional Western Australia.
“I’m truly honoured to be selected as the CEO of CEACA. I value the opportunity to contribute to an organisation that seeks to strengthen regional communities by supporting residents to remain connected to family, culture, and place. CEACA’s community-centred Wheatbelt vision aligns deeply with me, and it’s a mission I’m proud to lead.” Paige said.
CEACA Chairperson, Terry ‘Tuck’ Waldron described Paige as a formidable addition to the leadership team.
“Paige’s exemplary corporate and local government leadership experience makes her well placed to lead CEACA’s planned expansion across the Wheatbelt, enabling more seniors, people living with disability, and low-income earners to remain in the communities they know and trust and to stay connected to the routines and networks that support overall community wellbeing.” Tuck said.
“We express our sincere appreciation to Richard Marshall for his dedicated service as Executive Officer over the past 5 years. We are pleased that Richard will continue to contribute to CEACA as our part-time Finance Manager, allowing us to retain his valued financial expertise and organisational knowledge. This transition allows us to retain his valued financial expertise and organisational knowledge while supporting a smooth leadership handover.” Tuck said.
Supported by our respected and experienced Management Committee, Paige will lead CEACA as we enter our next phase of strategic expansion, strengthening our position as the Wheatbelt’s leading Community Housing Provider.
CEACA will leverage Paige’s experience and networks to help secure broader understanding and wider acknowledgement of CEACA’s achievements, and our aspiration to be a national benchmark for community-led regional housing solutions for seniors and vulnerable community members.
