CEACA is seeking an independent and experienced governance leader to serve as Chairperson of Central East Accommodation & Care Alliance Inc. (CEACA Inc.) and Director of CEACA Limited.

This is a unique opportunity to provide strategic leadership to a respected regional Community Housing Provider during a significant period of growth, helping to deliver affordable, accessible and sustainable housing solutions across the Wheatbelt.

CEACA currently owns and manages 63 homes, supporting seniors, people living with disability and individuals on low incomes to remain connected to their communities. Through CEACA Limited, a further 54 homes are being delivered through a $30 million Wheatbelt expansion project, creating a lasting impact for regional Western Australia.

We are seeking a governance professional with:

✅ Board and chairing experience
✅ Strong governance and strategic leadership skills
✅ Excellent stakeholder engagement capabilities
✅ Experience in housing, community development, property, finance, or related sectors
✅ A passion for strengthening regional communities
