CEACA Limited has been established as a Special Purpose Vehicle ("SPV") to construct 54 social housing dwellings in the Central East Wheatbelt region with funding from the Department of Housing & Works (State Government) & Housing Australia (Federal Government).

The homes will be situated in the shires of Bruce Rock, Dowerin, Kellerberrin, Mt Marshall, Mukinbudin, Narembeen, Quairading, Westonia, Wyalkatchem and Yilgarn.
The project is expected to commence in June 2026, with the final handover of homes expected towards the end of 2027.

The homes will be a modular construction and the supplier engaged for the project is Modular Homes WA, a well respected modular construction company based in Wangara, Western Australia.
