CEACA Ltd

CEACA Limited ("Company") that has been established as a Special Purpose Vehicle ("SPV") to undertake the CEACA Expansion Project - the construction of fifty-four (54) houses or independent living units in the Central and Eastern regions of the Wheatbelt in Western Australia. CEACA Limited is a registered charity.

The 54 houses will be for social housing, a requirement of the major funders, the Department of Housing & Works ("DOHW") and Housing Australia ("HA").

The Company is a public company limited by guarantee with a sole member, being CEACA Inc, a registered charity and a registered Community Housing Provider ("CHP"). This incorporated association is an alliance of eleven (11) Wheatbelt shires including Bruce Rock, Dowerin, Kellerberrin, Mt Marshall, Mukinbudin, Narembeen, Quairading, Westonia, Wyalkatchem and Yilgarn.

The company's Member, CEACA Inc, built 71 affordable living units during 2018-20. the houses are leased to social and affordable housing tenants with discounted rents. The CEACA Inc model has been successful, with high levels of occupancy, sound financial management and a strong reputation established.
CEACA collaborate with a range of local support services and community organisations enabling us to meet the immediate and longer-term needs of our tenants, so they can thrive and maintain long-term tenancies.

Managed by a skilled Executive Team and a strategic direction provided by the Board of Directors, CEACA Ltd is at the forefront of the vital community housing sector in regional WA.
